For over 15 years, I’ve led creative teams at the intersection of design, innovation and strategy. And if there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this: the best way to solve complex problems is to bring people together in the right way.

That’s where workshops come in. Not just meetings with sticky notes — but structured, energised, design-led sessions that unlock clarity, creativity and collective momentum.

I’ve facilitated workshops for teams at Tommy Hilfiger, Toyota, Calvin Klein, English Heritage and more — helping them navigate product challenges, fix broken processes, and align around big decisions. Every session is built on the principles of design thinking, adapted to fit the culture and needs of each team.
